We’re great tippers.

All of us here have worked in customer service or still are, and we all know how tough it can be some days. A great customer can really make your day, but a bad one can truly devastate it too.

We’ve made this site in dedication to the unsung heroes behind the service counter, the folks who open the doors every morning to the general public and open themselves to whatever comes through. For those who’ve actually worked in customer service, you’ll know how damn tough it can be to navigate between company policy and unrealistic customer expectations. So while there are a ton of consumer advocacy sites out there, it seems a pity there aren’t nearly as many for those on the other side of the counter.

This website is for customer service associate advocacy. It’s a place where we discuss how insane, stupid, or even how rude and downright abusive some customers can be. This is a place for us to vent our frustrations and rant about all the crazy stuff that happens at work.

We’re also hoping to achieve something else as well. For anyone who’s never worked in customer service, we’re hoping that as you read you get a better idea of what we go through in a day, and that you realize just exactly how much it takes to provide really good customer service. And hopefully, the next time you get in that queue, you’re a little nicer, and a little more patient with that person at the other end.
