Story Submissions:
We’d love to hear your best customer service stories (or worst, depending on how you look at it.) We only ask a few things when you’re submitting a story:

1. We won’t post anything long winded so keep it short, roughly a three hundred words or so.
2. We won’t post anything we find racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise hateful.
3. We won’t post anything we feel contains information that directly identifies a specific person or company.
4. We don’t like to change a story, but if it’s going to appear on our site, we reserve the right to edit and alter your submission.
5. Don’t lie.
